Information for NEW players born 8-1-2001-7-31-2006
5V5 Clinic and the 8v8 Rec programs.
5V5 Clinic Program/8V8 Rec programs: The Toms River Soccer Association is now conducting open registration for NEW player members for our 9 week per season fall and spring seasons in our 5V5 Clinic and 8V8 Rec Programs. All children residing in Ocean County that were born between 8-1-03 and 7-31-2006 are eligible and WILL BE PLACED. (For players born 8/1/01 to 7/31/03 see 8V8 Recreational Program and important notes below.) For more on these programs see TRSA Info on left. (To determine soccer age U4/5/6/7/8 ect.--See "How to determine soccer age" in right margin)
- No soccer experience is necessary.
- The spring registration fee is $125.00 plus *$50.00 for 50 pre-paid raffle tickets for a total of $175.00. This fee covers the fall and spring seasons.
- All new 5V5 clinic member players born (8/1/2003--7/31/06) will receive a free TRSA shirt and a participation trophy and a soccer ball.
- TRSA players are NOT required to sell candy door to door.
8 v 8 Recreation Program: We have SOME openings in our 8V8 program for boys and girls born, 8/1/01 to 7/31/03. (Although we will make every effort to place every child that wants to play--placement CANNOT be guaranteed in THESE ages). 8V8 Recreation Players must also purchase Club Uniforms.
- Experience is helpful, but not is necessary.
- The fall/spring registration fee for 8V8 OC Rec program is $125.00 plus *$50.00 for 50 pre-paid raffle tickets totaling $175.00. *You are to keep the $50.00 made when selling your raffle tickets.
- Ocean County Recreation Players must purchase Club Uniforms.
